Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase for orders within Lagos and within 10 days for orders outside Lagos. Please return with your purchase receipt.
📋 Condition of Items
Merchandise must be returned NEW, & in their original packaging, with original tags still attached.
👕 Clothing Care
When trying on clothing, please avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other chemicals.
👞 Shoes
Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box, as it is considered part of the item.
⚠️ Non-Acceptable Returns
No return or exchange will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.
🔄 Exchange Process
For an exchange to proceed, we need to receive the original item first. A replacement will be sent out once we have the original item back in our possession.
