* Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase for orders within Lagos and within 10 days for orders outside Lagos & Please return with your purchase receipt.
* Condition of Items: Merchandise must be returned NEW, & in their original packaging, with original tags still attached.
* Clothing Care: When trying on clothing, please avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, creams, or other chemicals.
* Shoes: Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box, as it is considered part of the item.
* Non-Acceptable Returns: No return or exchange will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.
* Exchange Process: For an exchange to proceed, we need to receive the original item first. A replacement will be sent out once we have the original item back in our possession.
